Currency Exchange and Rates
Unorthodoxic.co is operating from Oregon, US. Therefore, our main currency is in USD. If you are viewing the store from another country, you may choose the country's currency from the dropdown box on top right side of the page. Currency conversion rates are based on the most accurate conversion rates at this current moment. When you checkout and purchase any item, you will see the price in USD. 
What are your shipping charges?
We are very confident you will love our products. We offer 100% free U.S Shipping on most items. Shipping fees to other countries are capped at a reasonable Standard Shipping fee & all are 100% satisfaction guaranteed. If you don't love something you bought from us, email us at unorthodoxic.co@gmail.com and tell us about it, we will be happy to issue a full refund.
When will my order arrive?
Most products from our collection is made from scratch for you. Unorthodoxic.co partners with global merchants and artisans in order to provide you the best prices and the most interesting products. This means that your order is shipped from global areas via our partnership with USPS.
Because we ship directly from our partners in these countries, your item may take 2-4 weeks to arrive. Please do not panic if it does not show up immediately, it's on its way (please email us for tracking or click on "TRACK YOUR ORDER")  :)
Please allow up to 10 business days for your custom order to ship from our workshop. Once shipped, US Domestic orders typically arrive within 15 to 21 business days. *Please note, transit times are in addition to our quoted production time. You will receive a notification email containing your tracking number when your order ships. Please note that we do not ship orders on Saturday, Sunday or most major holidays.
Where is my order number?
The Order Number is included in your confirmation email – which we send immediately after your order is processed on our website. 
Can I return or Exchange My Product?
If you are unsatisfied with your product for any reason, please contact us at unorthodoxic.co@gmail.com so that we may assist you. We''ll be happy to replace your damaged product or issue a full refund.
How do I track my order?
Your order shipping confirmation will be e-mailed to you at the time we send your package.
Shipping Advisory: Please expect the USPS and UPS tracking status to update very soon for the shipped items. If you currently see 'Not Found' or 'Pre-Shipping' or 'Order Processed' in the status page, this means that we are now working ASAP to scan the item in the hub and it will be in transit within the next few days.
 
What are my Payment methods?
1) Paypal
We are consumers and buyers ourselves thus we understand the fears of online frauds and credit card scams. Paypal offers Buyer protection and favors consumers by providing a secure gateway and good refund policies. This is why we advocate using Paypal to complete your transactions here safely without any credit card risks.
If you have a Paypal account, do checkout with Paypal and login to complete your purchase accordingly. 
 2) Credit or Debit Cards
1. Ensure that the "Pay with Debit or Credit Card" option is selected
The button below might appear instead as "Check Out as Guest".
2. Enter your credit card details
You may also be required to fill in your Address, Phone Number, and E-mail Address, depending on your country of residence. When you are done, click on "Review and Continue".
3. Click on "Pay Now"
4. Click on "No, Thanks" when asked to create a new PayPal account. Your order will then be complete.
After payment, you will shortly receive your order confirmation email to confirm your purchase. Enjoy shopping at our store! :)
PayPal Troubleshooting
Why I am not being re-directed to the PayPal payment page?
There might be an error with your browser's PayPal cookies. To fix this, try deleting your cookies.
Why is PayPal not accepting my credit card?
Please double check the credit card details you have input in the PayPal payment page. If you have already ensured that all your details are correct, there is a possibility that you currently own a PayPal account and that it is already linked to your credit card. If that is the case, you can either log into your PayPal account and proceed with payment, or use another credit card to complete the purchase instead.
Why am I unable to find a "Pay with Debit or Credit Card" option?
Unfortunately, PayPal does not allow direct credit card payment under certain circumstances. This could be due to your geographical location, or the ownership of a PayPal account. You could try to circumvent this problem by deleting your cookies.
Is it Safe to Use My Credit Card On Your Site?
Absolutely! We use a Secure Socket Layer certificate to ensure all transactions are securely processed through Paypal payment gateway.
